Biography: Welcome to my web-site! I have been teaching for 18 years, most of those in the 3rd grade. I spent 13 of those years in Wichita Falls, and the last three years here at Summit. This year, I am moving to kindergarten, where I hope to challenge my students in a whole new way. I am looking forward to this! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with and emphasis in Early Childhood Development from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. Then I went to Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls to do post-graduate work to earn my Teaching Certificate. I have a life-time certificate, and a GT certificate. I love learning, and find that if I'm not learning, then how can I possibly teach my students the love of learning? I am looking forward to serving you and your child this year, and we are going to have the best kindergarten year ever!! A bit about myself: I am married, and have two children: a boy going into the Air Force this fall, and a girl going into the 9th grade. So, let's have a great year together, and always remember...
