Rhonda Nelson leads Uplift’s recruiting efforts, the continued roll-out and refinement of Uplift’s reward and recognition program, and most importantly supporting the development of our high-performing teachers and school leaders who are interested in growing to the next formal level professionally. She joined Uplift Education in 2009 after several years of working at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and has more than 10 years of human resources experience.

Rhonda holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Northwood University and is currently attending her Alma Mater to obtain her MBA in 2011. She and her husband reside in Cedar Hill with their three children.
