Dear 6^th Grade Music Parents:

The time has come for concert.

Thursday, April 12

Arrive at  5:00 – concert begins at 6:00

Jack Singley Auditorium

4601 North MacArthur Blvd. 

I need 3 parents to come early and help supervise one classwhile they are seated in the audience.  Students will sign in, go on stageat the proper time, do a written critique while seated which you willdistribute and collect, and sign out again before leaving at 7:00.  Thisis not difficult but so necessary.  Please respond if you can do this.

Concert attire for students:

6^th grade will wear their Monday uniform withouttheir tie to the concert.  I will be providing a tie for each of them.

Arrive at 5:00

Student will meet in back of the stage to warm up voicesbefore taking their seats in in the auditorium. 

Please make sure your student has had something to eat anddrink since leaving school.  There will be snacks to purchase there, butnot hot food.

Please check out the DVD table to order yourown copy of the concert.  It will be shipped directly to your homeor wherever you designate. 

Fine Arts Festival:

Saturday, April 13

At North Hill s Campus

9:30 – 3:00 with a talent show at 5:00 in the gym.

6^th grade will be performing in the lobby at12:00

Attire for this is their Blue or Green North Hills Poloshirts worn with blue Jeans.

If there is a sudden absence, please check with me about themake-up assignment. These concerts are for a grade.
