Vision of the Future
The long-term Uplift vision is for its graduates to enter competitive colleges and universities throughout the world and become informed, successful, compassionate leaders in their communities. All students are exposed to world languages and cultures. In 2003, North Hills Prep, our oldest school, was accredited by the prestigious International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to offer its globally recognized IB Diploma Program to qualifying students.
The carefully developed vision of Uplift Education is built upon the following theory of educational change:
Uplift Schools encourage students to raise the expectations they place on themselves.
Uplift schools create an empowering and results-oriented culture that attracts and retains leaders in our schools and Central Management Organization.
- Uplift Schools significantly outperform other available educational alternatives in student achievement.
- Uplift Schools encourage and assist with college matriculation and instill civic responsibility among all students.
Uplift School parents demand the highest level of school performance.
Uplift Education is a local transformation agent for improving public education
As school communities strengthen, the result is a much-improved educated workforce and demonstrated, successful improvement in public policy practices that improve the effectiveness of school education for everyone.
