Fees for May 2013 AP & IB Exams are due by November 1, 2012.  Payment should be in the form of a check made out to North Hills Preparatory, attached to this completed form.

If your family qualifies for federal free-reduced lunch, or if you need assistance on the fees for AP or IB exams for any other reason, please complete this form.  Seal it in an envelope and deliver it to the front desk, attention Charles Ryder.

If you wish to request a waiver of the IB Candidate Fee of $145, please complete this application.  Place it in a sealed envelope and deliver it to the front desk, attention Charles Ryder.
