STEP 1: Receive the snapcode
During the 2nd week of January 2016, you will receive a 'snapcode' from your child's school via email. The snapcode is like a key to your child's data for the upcoming school year. You will receive a unique snapcode for each child you are re-enrolling for the 2016-2017 academic year.
If you have not received your email by January 31st, please contact your school’s Admissions and Enrollment Coordinator.
STEP 2: Find your infosnap user ID and password
During last year’s enrollment, you were asked to create an account with infosnap. You entered an email address or a cell phone number and created a password. You will need both of these items in order to re-enroll in Uplift Education.
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please click “Forgot password” on the infosnap account screen to recover or reset your password.

STEP 3: Helpful hints
- Health Issues: If your child has any health issues, you will be required to submit additional forms to be signed by your child’s physician and returned to the school’s nurse. Those forms can be found in the Health Links. These forms are also available at the school’s front office.
- Multiple Children: If you have multiple children to enroll, we recommend that you complete and submit one child’s form and then start the form for the next child. Infosnap allows you to “snap” (or share) selected family information, which means fewer fields to enter and saves you time. You may transition to the next child’s enrollment forms from the submission/Confirmation Page.
STEP 4: Click on the RE-ENROLL link below to register for the 2016-2017 academic year.
