Uplift Education's Community Impact

Uplift's most significant impact is with our students. 100 percent of our graduates are accepted to college. The impact of this achievement is felt by every one of our scholars and their families. We are proud of their accomplishments and are excited to see how they will have a lasting influence on their communities in the years to come.
Uplift also has an important economic impact on North Texas. Uplift currently employs 1,000 people in the DFW area. As we grow to 13,000 scholars, we will continue to hire talented teachers, school leaders and support staff to help fuel our mission of providing an excellent college preparatory education for low-income and educationally underserved families in North Texas. In addition, approximately 2,000 volunteers, including both parents/family and community members provide in-class support, campus activity support, and student mentoring.
Uplift has also made a significant financial investment in each community where the network has opened and expanded schools. In the last year, Uplift has sold more than $188 million in bonds to finance new schools in the region.
