    Biography:
I was born and raised in Alabama and therefore appreciate SEC football (War Eagle!), Southern-fried anything, and a tall glass of cold "sweet milk."
All I ever wanted to do in my life was to be a teacher ~ and later a counselor because of my own high school counselor.  In my 20+ years as an educator, I have taught middle and high school: all levels of English, reading, study skills, speech, and one Bible class.  I have sponsored Student Council, coached cheerleaders, and even learned how to drive a school bus!
I am married to a wonderful Christian and Godly man; we have 5 childen, 4 dogs, a cat and 1/2, and one very red Beta fish named Elmo.  We are active in our church, neighborhood, and community at large. Can't complain if you don't participate; right?
This is my second year at North Hills, and I believe that I am blessed to be here.  In all of the educational environments I have had the pleasure to serve, this one is undoubtedly, the neatest.  I love it here.
If I can ever do anything to help you in any way, please do not hesitate to contact me.  It is an honor to work with you and your children.
