Re-Enrollment for 2021-22

  • Existing Uplift scholars, it is time to secure your spot for the 2021-22 school year by re-enrolling now!

    Click the button to log into your Schoolmint account and click the RETURNING link next to your child’s name on the dashboard.

    What are the dates for re-enrollment?

    Re-enrollment for 2021-22 school year opens January 15, 2021 and closes February 14, 2021.

    Do I need to complete re-enrollment for all my children?

    Yes. All children CURRENTLY enrolled in an Uplift school will require a re-enrollment. Your dashboard will list all your children. When you complete one re-enrollment, click on Home in the blue banner at the top, choose your next child and click the RETURNING link. You must fill out the re-enrollment form for each child.

    What if all my Uplift scholars are not showing on my dashboard?

    All of your scholars must have the same primary email address in their profile.

    If all of your children are not showing on your dashboard, it because you likely created multiple accounts with different primary emails. Let your campus Family Engagement Coordinator (FEC) know. They will need to move the scholars to the primary email that you want to use.

    What if I don’t have a Schoolmint account or have never set my Schoolmint password before?

    Check all your email accounts (including your SPAM or junk email folders) for an email from uplifteducation@schoolmint.com within the past 4 months. You should have received an email with a link to your account and a user name so that you can set your password. If you cannot find an email, contact schoolmint@uplifteducation.org

    You will also receive an email about reenrollment on January 15th which will include instructions for those that have not yet set a password. This username/primary email content is at the bottom of the re-enrollment email. If you don’t see it in your email, be sure to check your SPAM or junk folder and check all of your email accounts, including work accounts. The email will come from uplifteducation@schoolmint.com

    What if the set password link says it is expired?

    Click on “Try Again”. Enter user name created for you. You will receive a recovery password email. Create your password.

    Can I change my primary email address and/or user name?

    Yes. Go to your Schoolmint account and login under the Schoolmint created username that was created for you by Uplift. Go to Profile Settings. There you can change the primary email address and/or the user name.

    Can I change my language preference in Schoolmint?

    Yes. Go to your Schoolmint account. In the top gray bar you will see a globe icon and “Welcome    Beinvenido”.

    To change your language preference to Spanish, click on “Bienvenido”. You should only have to do this once and Schoolmint will remember your language preference. Change your language preference to English by clicking on “Welcome.”

    Do I need a snapcode to complete reenrollment?

    No. Snapcodes were used in our old system and are not necessary in our new system, Schoolmint. All you need to do is log into your Schoolmint account and you will see the action items for each child.

    What if my scholar is not planning on returning for the 2021-22 school year?

    If you are not planning on returning for the 2021-2022 school year, log into Schoolmint and click NON-RETURNING next to your child’s name to let us know.
