    The Concilio - City of Dallas Emma Lazarus Resilience Funds

    The intent of this fund is to provide assistance to individuals and families who are affected by COVID-19 and are not eligible for federal COVID-19 relief funds. To be eligible for cash assistance, you must live in the City of Dallas, be ineligible for federal COVID-19 stimulus programs, and have been adversely affected by COVID-19. A one-time financial assistance grant to immigrant and refugee families of at least $ 500 per family and not to exceed $ 1,000 per family will be distributed to qualifying families. All information collected by this form is confidential and only The Concilio will have access.

Retail electric providers must also suspend disconnections if the client is under the state’s low income and unemployed list.
