    A native Houstonian, Miss Richardson attended Texas Tech University, and is currently earning her Master's degree at the University of North Texas in Library Science and English. This is her second year at Luna. Before teaching at Uplift Luna, Miss Richardson taught for four years at Highland Park High School here in Dallas. Inside of class, Miss Richardson enjoys helping scholars find their voice in writing, and assisting scholars to find literature they enjoy. Outside of class, Miss Richardson enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, outdoor activities (like rock climbing, camping, hiking, kayaking!), and sewing. She is looking forward to a successful and productive year with her 9th grade scholars - Go Owls!
