Macaroni & Cheese

8 oz dried noodles (any type, but I use penne)
3 T butter or margarine
2 T flour
2 c milk
1 can condensed cream of onion soup
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 c plain bread crumbs
Cook noodles, drain.
Melt butter, add flour & continue cooking, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Whisk in milk, soup, salt, & pepper. Cook, stiring until mixutre begins to simmer & thicken.
Add cooked sauce to noodles, along with 1/2 the cheese, mixing well.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 greased pan. 
Top mixture with remainint cheese.
Mix bread crumbs and olive oil together, sprinkle over mixture.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
