Polish Chili

1 pound ground beef
1 64 oz can of tomato sauce
1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can of pinto beans
5 Tbl chili powder
1 packet of Good Seasons Italian salad dressing (dry)
1 tsp salt
1 beer (optional)
Brown the meat in a saucepan.  Once it's cooked and broken into small pieces, add the remaining ingredients.  Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Garnish with cheddar cheese, if desired.
