Kielbasa & Sauerkraut

1 ring of kielbasa (you can also use turkey sausage)
1 large jar of sauerkraut (I prefer Vlasic)
1/2 pound bacon (turkey bacon, if desired)
1/4 c butter or margarine
1/2 c flour
1 c beer
 
In a frying pan, sautee sausage & bacon until crispy; add sauerkraut and mix well.
 
In a small saucepan, melt butter...add flour...use a whisk to blend until there are no lumps.  Add beer (if you prefer to boil the sausage, resever a cup of the broth and use instead of beer), mixing well.  Add to meat/kraut mixture & heat until bubbly and a thick gravy forms.
