Carrot Cake

1.5 c all-purpose flour

1.25 c sugar

1/2 T cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp ground cloves

2 cups finely grated carrots

1 8 oz can of crushed pineapple, drained

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 c vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350; grease and flour 9x13 pan. Combine ingredients, spread in pan. Bake around 25 minutes (until a wooden pick comes out clean). Let cool.
